Program Overview
The Adult Residential Construction Training Program is offered through the York Builders Association Workforce NOW Foundation in partnership with the York County Economic Alliance and the York County Planning Commission.
The program is designed to equip participants with the foundational skills needed to succeed in today’s construction industry while helping meet the growing demand for skilled workers throughout the region.
Participants receive hands-on instruction, industry-recognized training, and opportunities to connect directly with employers looking to hire qualified candidates.
Who Should Apply?
This program is ideal for adults who:
Are at least 18 years old
Live in York County, PA
Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Are interested in starting a career in residential construction
Want hands-on, practical work

Previous construction experience is not required.
